AUR'OUD offers premium skincare products crafted with pure agarwood and natural ingredients, produced in small batches to ensure the highest quality standards. Our products are designed for individuals who value luxury, authenticity, and skin wellness.
3. Orders & Payments
- All prices are displayed in Singapore Dollars (SGD)
- Orders are confirmed upon receipt of successful payment
- We reserve the right to cancel orders in the event of stock unavailability, pricing errors, or suspected fraudulent activity
- Accepted payment methods: Credit/Debit Card, Bank Transfer (as applicable)
4. Shipping Policy
- Orders above SGD 250 — Complimentary free shipping
- Orders below SGD 250 — Shipping fee applies, calculated at checkout
- Estimated delivery timelines vary based on destination and courier availability
- AUR'OUD is not responsible for delays caused by third-party courier services or customs clearance
5. Returns & Refunds
- Returns are accepted within 7 days of receiving the product
- Items must be unopened, unused, and in original packaging
- Refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days upon receipt and inspection of returned items
- Products purchased during sales or promotional periods are non-refundable
- Shipping costs for returns are borne by the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect
6. Partnership Programme — AUR'OUD P30
6.1 Programme Overview
AUR'OUD Luxury Products offers an exclusive business opportunity through Programme P30 — a partnership initiative open to individuals and business entities who wish to represent and grow alongside the AUR'OUD brand.

6.2 Eligibility
To join Programme P30, you must:
- Be 18 years of age or older
- Be a citizen or legal resident in your country of operation
- Agree to and sign the Contract P30
- Not be engaged in any activity that conflicts with AUR'OUD brand values or reputation
6.3 Contract P30 — Partnership Agreement
- All partners are required to sign Contract P30 before commencing any sales or promotional activities
- The contract outlines commission structures, agreement duration, partner rights, and responsibilities
- Contract confirmation will be triggered automatically through our system
- AUR'OUD reserves the right to amend Contract P30 terms with a minimum 14 days' written notice
6.4 Partner Rights
Partners are entitled to:
- Receive commissions as defined in Contract P30
- Access AUR'OUD marketing materials, training resources, and business support
- Represent the AUR'OUD brand within the scope of approved activities
6.5 Partner Obligations
Partners are strictly NOT permitted to:
- Make false or exaggerated claims about AUR'OUD products
- Sell products through unauthorised platforms or channels
- Disclose confidential business information belonging to AUR'OUD
- Use the AUR'OUD name, logo, or branding without prior written approval
- Set prices outside the range established by AUR'OUD
6.6 Commission & Payment
- Commissions are calculated based on net completed sales
- Payments are processed on the dates specified in Contract P30
- AUR'OUD reserves the right to withhold payment in cases of disputes or contract violations
- Any changes to the commission structure will be communicated in writing
6.7 Termination of Partnership
AUR'OUD reserves the right to immediately terminate the partnership if a partner:
- Violates any term in this document or Contract P30
- Engages in fraudulent, unethical, or harmful conduct
- Damages the reputation or integrity of the AUR'OUD brand
Partners may also voluntarily terminate the agreement by providing 30 days' written notice.
6.8 Post-Termination Restrictions
Upon termination of the partnership, the former partner agrees not to, for a period of 12 months:
- Represent or promote directly competing skincare brands
- Contact AUR'OUD's customer base for personal competing business purposes
7. Intellectual Property
All content on this website — including text, images, logos, product names, and branding — is the exclusive intellectual property of AUR'OUD Luxury Products. Unauthorised reproduction, distribution, or use is strictly prohibited.
8. Limitation of Liability
AUR'OUD Luxury Products shall not be held liable for:
- Any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use of our website or products
- Claims from third parties resulting from unauthorised partner activities
- Expected but unrealised earnings by partners or affiliates
We strongly recommend performing a patch test before using any new skincare product.
9. Governing Law
These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Singapore. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Singapore courts.
